We are delighted to announce that Stephen Holt has been appointed as our new
HSEQ Director.
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Stephen is dedicated
to cultivating a culture of safety and ensuring that every project adheres to the
highest health and safety standards.
Stephen said, “I have a longstanding relationship with JN Civils, having joined the
team as one of the original members in 2010. I have held various roles with them,
including operator, team leader, site agent, and ultimately focusing on safety.
“In 2016, I chose to pursue opportunities in safety in Australia, where I took on
several critical safety positions, managing geotechnical, construction, and
telecommunications projects.”
Most recently, Stephen served as the National Head of Operation Safety at NBN, a
state-owned corporation responsible for designing, building, and operating
Australia’s National Broadband Network, providing services to over 8.6 million homes
and businesses across Australia.
Stephen will lead our efforts to enhance safety protocols, create thorough training
programs and consistently implement innovative solutions to minimise risks. The
goal is to cultivate safe environments for our colleagues, customers and the
communities in which we operate.
Stephen added “I am eager to connect with industry professionals, exchange
insights and collaborate on best practices to promote safety excellence and am very
much looking forward to this new venture.”
