Become a JN Civils Partner

Pre-Qualification ensures we maintain our exceptional standards of health and safety compliance when delivering for our customers.

Whether you’re new to our supply chain or an existing partner, all subcontractors must complete our Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) before they are approved to work on JN Civils projects. You’ll find everything you need to know to make a successful submission on this page.

Why we PQQ

We operate in highly regulated environments across gas, water, electricity, telecoms, recycling and traffic management. Any lapse in safety, quality or compliance can have serious consequences. Completing a PQQ is the mechanism by which we ensure that every organization working under our name meets the same high standards we hold for ourselves.

Our Legal and Regulatory Obligations

As a principal contractor, JN Civils has a legal obligation to meet specific guidelines in accordance with associated legislation to verify the competence and capability of every subcontractor we engage. Failure to do so does not just put our workers at risk, it places legal liability on us and in some cases, on the subcontractor’s own directors.

Our Client Obligations

We hold contracts with major clients across all utility networks.  These clients conduct their own supply chain audits and expect us to ensure our subcontractors meet or exceed industry minimum standards.

Our Connecting Safely Framework

Everything we do is underpinned by our Connecting Safely critical risk control framework and our three business values – We Are One Team, Excellence Always and We Care. The PQQ tests whether your business shares these standards in practice, not just policy.
